how should i care for my iraaawo piece?

I recommend avoiding swimming, showering, or exercising with your pieces on. Most items are made with freshwater pearls, shells, gold plated claps/hardware and glass beads.

If treat your iraawo pieces as fine jewelry, they will last for a long time.

do you do custom pieces?

We’ll see 😛! For now I’m only making one off pieces that are available on this site.

when do you update your shop?

Each batch takes between around 4 weeks to make! This encompasses securing materials, designing various pieces, and finishing works.

what are the sizes?

Most necklaces are between 15” — 24”. Every piece will have the length measurements in the product description. If you need a custom sizing, let me know! I’d be happy to make adjustments free of charge, within 3”.

when can I expect my order to ship?

I ship out orders every two weeks. I use USPS for all of my shipments. If you have a specific date for receiving your shipment let me know and I’ll try to accommodate your needs.

my order got lost, damaged, or stolen in transit…what next?

I’m so sorry to hear that! iraaawo is a small business and is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If this happens to you, reach out to USPS to file a claim.

do iraaawo pieces have a warranty?

Yes! All iraaawo pieces have a 30 day warranty after delivery date. If your piece breaks within the 30 days I’m happy to fix it free of charge. Wear and tear or mishandling is not within warranty, unfortunately.
